Sweet Baby Adalynn

Only 3 more weeks and I'll be taking orders...in the meantime take a look at what I've been up to.

My cousin Amber recently had a sweet baby girl, Adalynn. I finally met her yesterday and she is so sweet and tiny! I want one!! Amber likes everything to match on her kids, so I learned how to make pacifier clips for two of the sets...see the ladybug and sweet turtle sets below!

Whirly Bird: $18 for onesie, $14 for burp cloth

Ladybug: $18 for onesie, $14 for burp cloth and $6 for paci-clip

Sweet Turtle: $18 for onesie, $14 for burp cloth and $6 for paci-clip

Quilted baby wipes case: $14 (includes travel case of wipes)

Here are couple of things she ordered for Adalynn:
Golf Cart onesie: $18 as shown

Sweet Pea bib: $12

Here are some more pillowcase dresses...I love these things!! I made these for 3 of my cousins (yes, I have a LOT of cousins and we all have little ones!)...two of them have 1-year olds and the other cousin has a soon-to-be 2-year old.

Green, Cream & Black floral pillowcase dress with applique K: $32 as shown
Matching set of stacked flower clips: $9

Aqua Bird Silhouette pillowcase dress with perched bird applique: $32 as shown
Matching set of bird clips: $9 as shown

Candy burst pillowcase dress with circle applique: $30 as shown
Matching set of stacked flower clips: $9 as shown

Here are two cup inserts I made for my nephews:
Dinosaur applique font

Pirate Hat applique font

Lastly, here is a pillow I made for Jude's bed. We recently got him the shark sheets from Pottery Barn and I thought he needed this to complete his bed.

Full view of his bed...yes, I made the letter boxes, too!
The awesome striped blanket at the foot of the bed was made by his Granna.
He LOVES sharks and he loved his new pillow! He has already requested another one with an octopus on it...so, stay tuned as I'm sure I'll be making it over the next couple of weeks.

Thanks for looking!

Georgia on my mind...

I've been busy this week working down my LONG list of things to make my daughter, Georgia. I know that I already posted a picture of this tee last time, but I thought I would re-post it since I captured a sweet picture of her modelling it for me. She loves her tutu and enjoys showing me that the bunny is soft. I used smooth white minky for the bunny.

Notice her carrot snap barrettes! Love it!

Okay, so here are "few" other things I've made her in the last week for the Spring and Summer seasons. I have to get things done for her now or I'll get too busy with orders!
Please remember that all of the fabrics in my appliques are customized per order...soooo, get as creative/colorful as you like!
All short-sleeved tees are $18 with a single applique & personalization.
Barrettes are $5/single or $9/pair and can be done as alligator or snap clips (both 2-inches).

Chick-in-pocket tee (Yes, it' an actual pocket!); Easter egg snap barrettes

"Berry Sweet" tee with matching strawberry snap barrettes

Watermelon wedge tee with matching watermelon wedge snap barrettes

Bee tee with matching bee snap barrettes
Gumball machine tee

"Mommy's Little Lady" elephant tee

Mermaid tee...notice how my fabric looks like actual scales!

Baby Doll set: $35 as shown (customer requested an extra bib and burp cloth)
I've also started making two wipes for the wipee case that are included in the normal price.

I hope you've enjoyed looking at all of my creations! I'll be open for business in mid-May.
Thanks!

I'm all healed!...well, kinda

It's been almost 2 months since my accident and I'm pretty much healed! Yay! I have a HUGE list of things to make my own daughter before I start making things for customers again...so, I'm hoping to get back to work for you guys in May. Until then, here are a few things that I've made in the last week...ever since my doctor cleared me at the follow-up visit just one week ago, ha!

Here are some ca-yute barrettes I recently made for a donation to my kids Mother's Day Out Spring Auction. They are 2-inch snap barrettes.

$5 for single or $9 for a pair

This next picture are the gifts that will go in my kids' Easter baskets. These hold 8 crayons and a coloring/activity book that measures 8.25 x 5.25 inches. I found the books in the $1 bin at Joann Fabrics.
Crayon bags are $16 and include 1-inch name and 8 crayons

Pillow Case Dresses: This is the project that I had all lined up to complete the night that I had my accident and I finally got to do it. I think it turned out precious! Georgia loved her purse! The design of these dresses is very versatile...plain, applique with name or just a regular monogram on the chest. I haven't added anything to these dresses just yet...I'm just so happy with how they turned out! The price on these dresses start at $20.

Here is an Easter t-shirt I made Georgia. The basket is an actual pocket...cute!
$18 as shown on a SS t-shirt

Hand towels I made for the kids bathroom...they need a set for every season, ya know!

Have a great weekend and I'll post more pictures next week. It's great to be back!
